This is the type of response you get from Road Runner if you decide not to use them. For anyone looking to ship a vehicle from this company BEWARE! I would gladly rate this company negative if I were able to. For a 'veteran owned' company acting this way to someone who is currently serving and trying to not go belly up to send his vehicle to a new PCS location, this sort of customer service should NOT be tolerated. I told him as well to have a goodnight and as I was hanging up he replied 'alright loser'. Kindly explained I found someone else to use and once again the man went off on a tangent. As soon as I answered this man starting prying as well (fairly certain you could hear Anthony in the background). Within 20 seconds of ending the call, He had another colleague call.

I told him very professionally that we have decided to use someone else. Anyways, he asked me about shipping my vehicle.

Well tonight (27 August 2020) Anthony called again but at 8:30pm (seems late right?). After working for a while with this man (been doing training for a new AFSC) his prices were getting beat by more reputable and respectful agency. Been working with Anthony Alvarado in SD about shipping my classic truck from Base to Base for my PCS.
